Whether you are a beginner or wish to take your yoga practice to the next level, I offer a mindful and skillful approach to build a steady foundation and deepen your connection with your body, mind and breath. I’ll assist you in finding a balance between effort and easy by guiding you through a personalized sequence that will best meet your needs. With 5 and a half years of teaching experience, I can help you to feel at home in your body.
ONE ON ONE SESSIONS INCLUDE:
• Assessment of your body; injuries, tensions, stiffness
• Personalized sequence
• Connecting the body and the breath
• Aligning the body in such a way that we increase and enhance the energetic flow while allowing the poses to naturally unfold at their own time and pace.
• Understanding the universal principles of alignment and transferring this knowledge into your poses
• Preparation to transition into a group class setting
• Learn to develop your own home practice according to your needs.
