MEDITATION SESSIONS ARE:
ideal for those wishing to meditate daily or simply deepening your practice.
Includes:
• Gentle yoga practice to prepare the body for meditation
• Pranayama, (breathing exercises) or Chanting if preferred
• The logistics of how to prepare for meditation, techniques during meditation and how to come out of meditation so that our practice begins to weave itself into the fabric of our daily lives.
• Learning to journal or draw your meditation experiences
• Keeping your meditation practice fresh and alive
Private single sessions and packages available.
